Gift box simplicitiy...

I love these "take-out" boxes for their simplicity. For the ease of gift giving. For their ability to perform multiple duties.
Here is one that I wrapped a gift inside and then wanted to keep the box very plain and let the design show. So I embellished the wire handle with a very simple small doily and a fun flower button and some twine. This way the box can be opened without disturbing the adornment.
Quick, simple and sweet.

    Very lovely!! and gorgeous color..I love how you created such a beautiful natural feel to it..gorgeous! I love the touch of the doily..I am a doily girl..i think they add charm and special beauty somehow! the tangerine colored flower button and twine just sings!!

    This looks so pretty. I love these boxes too. Michael's has them in all sizes and colors. I don't know where you found yours but the design on it is beautiful and the doily the perfect touch.
